Ofislerle görüşürken en çok karşımıza çıkan sorular ve bunlara verdiğimiz cevaplar. Aradığınız burada yoksa doğrudan bize yazın.
01 What exactly does Audita do?
Audita takes over the screening work that precedes an audit in a sworn financial advisory practice. You upload your trial balance, e-ledger files or tax returns; Audita runs regulatory rule sets together with a language model and flags the items that carry risk.
The output is not a report but a list of findings, each with its reasoning: every line states which account, which rule and which record is involved. The screening that used to take days now takes minutes; the assessment and the decision remain entirely yours.
02 Does Audita sign my report or make decisions on my behalf?
No. The certified professional writes, signs and bears responsibility for the audit report. Audita may propose wording for the report; turning it into a report is your act.
Whether a finding becomes a formal objection is a matter of professional judgement. Audita ranks findings by risk level, never automates the decision, and never silently closes an item in the background.
03 Which files do I need to upload? Is integration with my accounting software required?
No integration project is required. You start with the file you already have: an Excel or CSV export is enough for the trial balance. Other modules support e-ledger XML files and tax return outputs.
There is nothing to install, no server to provision and no plug-in to add to your accounting software. Signing in through the browser and uploading the file is all it takes.
04 How long does a trial balance scan take?
A trial balance with hundreds of thousands of rows is screened within minutes of upload. Running the same control set by hand takes a senior auditor days.
The exact duration depends on file size and the scope of the controls you select. When the scan finishes, findings appear on screen ordered by risk level.
05 Where is my data stored? Is it used to train language models?
The files you upload are stored on servers located in Türkiye and are accessible only to your own practice.
Your client data is never used to train any language model, is never shared with other customers, and is never passed to third parties — not even in aggregated form. The only owner of the data is the practice that uploaded it.
06 Can I delete the files I have uploaded?
Yes. When you close an audit file you can permanently delete the source files you uploaded. Deletion covers both the file itself and the intermediate records derived from it.
For enterprise use you can define retention and deletion policies according to your own practice's rules.
07 How can I be confident that the findings are correct?
Audita never shows a result on its own. Every finding is accompanied by the record it originated from, the rule that was triggered and, where applicable, the regulatory basis.
You can open any finding down to its source in a single click and inspect the related account movements. We do not put an output on screen if we cannot show its reasoning.
08 What happens if Audita produces a false finding?
As with any screening system, Audita can flag something incorrectly. That is precisely why the authority to close a finding rests with the auditor and the reasoning is always visible.
When you report a wrongly flagged item, we revisit the rule set. A rule that produces more noise than signal does not stay in production: a warning that wastes the auditor's attention is worse than no warning at all.
09 How does the pilot programme work? Is there a fee?
Use is free of charge during the pilot and we do not ask for a credit card. You send an anonymised trial balance; Audita scans the file and we review the resulting findings together.
In return we ask only for honest feedback. You take on no commitment: you can stop at any time and request permanent deletion of the files you uploaded.
10 When will pricing be finalised?
We are not publishing a price list before seeing how much practices actually use Audita on real files. Permanent pricing will be set on the basis of that usage data.
When the pilot ends, paid use does not begin automatically. Once prices are settled we write to you first, and you decide then whether you want to continue.
11 Which modules exist, and which one comes first?
Audita groups the work a sworn financial advisory practice does over a year into eight headings. What each module does, which data it expects and what it produces is described on that module's page.
We do not set the development order on our own: whichever task consumes the most time in pilot practices moves to the front. You can tell us your priority module from the modules page.
12 Who bears responsibility under data protection law?
The data controller for client data is the professional or the practice processing it. In this process Audita acts as a data processor and operates solely on your instructions.
We share the written data processing terms and retention periods during the pilot conversation; write to us with any questions.
13 Can we use it as a team?
Yes. Auditing is teamwork, which is why we do not plan to charge per user. In office use you can invite team members and grant permissions per file.
Who assessed what and when is recorded on every file, so you can follow workload distribution and progress from a single screen.
14 What do I need to do to try it?
An anonymised trial balance is enough. Write to us from the contact page; we will briefly discuss how your practice works and scan the file together.
No setup, integration or preparation is required. You see the output of the first scan in that same conversation.
